For 30 years, Orr's Island Campground, developed and operated by the Bond
family, has been satisfying campers searching for a quiet spot with basic
amenities along the Maine coast. Campers looking for a peaceful experience,
surrounded by nature, can find relaxation on a serene stretch of coast
with spectacular views and varied attractions.

70 wooded and open sites, each with a picnic table and fire ring
• All sites have full hookups of electric, water and sewer

Full hookup sites have 30 amp service and can handle camping units up
to 35 feet in length, and with multiple slide-outs on both sides

Camping restricted to self-contained camping units with full working bathrooms.
No tents or pop-ups accepted.

Advance reservations required for all sites. Reservations require
one week at minimum with Saturday arrivals and departures.

Air conditioning is NOT available on all sites. Please inquire about
availability for specific sites before reserving.
• Dump station free for registered guests; fee charged for off-road
traffic
• Office open on weekends and limited hours on weekdays for ice,
ice cream, candy, drinks, firewood and some camping supplies
• Playing field for children, with games and recreational equipment
to borrow for family fun
• Trails through woods and along shore for bird watching and wild
berry picking in season

Quiet hours run from 10 PM to 8 AM with no noise or activities to disturb
neighbors
• Coin-operated laundry facilities
• Public pay phone
• Small lending library for books
• One family -- defined as two adults and their children
18 and younger -- and strictly one vehicle per site
• Dogs are allowed provided that they are leashed, quiet, and accompanied
by their owner at all times -- which includes not being left alone in
a camping unit when owners leave the campground property.
